Quick Cajun Chicken & Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag boil in bag rice
    4 boneless chicken breasts, skinned
    1/2 teaspoon thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 can Cajun stewed tomatoes
    1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to package directions.
    Sprinkle chicken with thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
    In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Simmer covered for 20 minutes.
    Serve over hot rice.
