Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. mustard seed
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    1 Tbsp. sweet red or green pepper
    1 Tbsp. diced pimiento
Preparation
    In medium saucepan mix corn (undrained), vinegar, sugar, onion, salt, celery seed, mustard seed and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
    Reduce heat and boil gently, uncovered, 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in pimiento, red pepper or green pepper.
    Transfer to a covered container and store in refrigerator.
    Makes 2 cups.
