Venison Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 venison steak rounds, cubed
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 can mushrooms, undrained
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 small carton sour cream
Preparation
    Brown cubed
    steak in oleo.
    Stir in onion soup mix and undrained
    mushrooms.
    Add
    sufficient
    water to barely cover. Simmer about
    45
    minutes
    or until meat is done.
    Just before serving, stir in sour cream.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
