Scottish Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. butter (no substitute)
    1 Tbsp. lemon zest
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 Tbsp. chopped mint
Preparation
    Mix and then form into small log the size of your index finger. Pinch off a tablespoon or less and put on cookie sheet.
    Flatten a little, then bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes until the sides are light brown.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar when out of the oven and cooling.
