Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potatoes
    2 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/4 c. onions
    pinch of salt
    pinch of pepper
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 c. celery
    1/4 c. ham
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix first nine ingredients and cook on Medium-low for 15 minutes.
    Add last two ingredients, a dab at a time, until desired thickness.
    Cook until potatoes are soft.
