Double Maple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Stir in oatmeal. Add egg, milk and syrup.
    Stir only until moistened. Divide dough into 12 greased muffin tins. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
