Beef Medley Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    3 onions, diced
    1/3 c. medium pearl barley
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 carrots, sliced
    3 potatoes, diced
    3 stalks celery, diced
Preparation
    Cook meat in margarine 2 to 3 minutes, breaking up.
    Add next 6 ingredients and 1 1/2 quarts water.
    Bring to boil.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
    Add remaining ingredients (vegetables) and simmer 1 hour longer.
    Enjoy.
