Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    4 c. shredded cabbage
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion; drain off the fat.
    Add the next 4 ingredients.
    Put 2 cups of cabbage in a 2-quart casserole dish; top with half the meat sauce.
    Cover with remaining cabbage; pour meat sauce over top.
    Cover with casserole lid or foil; bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for about 45 minutes.
    Serves 4 or 5.
