Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck roast
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. fat
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper. Pound into steak.
    Brown meat and onion in hot fat.
    Add tomatoes. Cover and cook over low heat or in oven for 1 1/2 hours.
