Funghi Ripieni(Stuffed Mushrooms) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 big mushrooms
olive oil
1 finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 Tbsp. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 oz. boiled ham, minced
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
salt
black pepper
Preparation

Wash mushrooms; remove stems and chop them.
Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in small saucepan and steam onion and garlic about 5 minutes.
Add bread crumbs and fry 2 to 3 minutes, until crisp.
Add parsley, mushroom stems, ham, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Put mushrooms \"cap up\" in ovenproof dish.
Stuff with filling.
Add a few drops of olive oil.
