Cheese Tea Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. whipped cream cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (optional)
    16 unpeeled cucumber slices (optional)
    16 slices white sandwich bread
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Add red pepper, if desired.
    Set aside.
    With a 1 3/4-inch cookie cutter, cut 2 rounds out of each bread slice.
    Spread half of bread rounds with cheese filling.
    Top with cucumber slices if desired and remaining bread rounds.
    Place in shallow container and cover with plastic wrap.
    Top with a damp dish towel and refrigerate 8 hours.
    Yields 16 sandwiches. Sandwiches may be frozen, omitting cucumber.
    Thaw in refrigerator and add cucumber before serving.
    Flavored cream cheese may be substituted for the cheese filling.
