Fresh Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp. margarine or butter, melted
    1 lb. fresh spinach, torn into bite size pieces
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
    2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter; set aside.
    Combine spinach and onions in a large bowl; toss well.
    Combine the next 6 ingredients; mix well.
    Add dressing and mushrooms to spinach mixture; toss gently.
    Sprinkle salad with egg and bacon.
    Yields 6 servings.
