Mock Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. cooked pinto beans, drained and mashed
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Using a spoon, mix together sugar and pinto beans.
    Stir in melted margarine.
    Then add eggs and stir well.
    Then add coconut and vanilla, mixing well.
    Pour into pie shell and bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
