Chile Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can kidney beans (15 oz.) or 1 can refried beans
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. liquid drained from can
    1/8 tsp. ground cumin
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. grated onion
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Drain beans; save liquid.
    Place drained beans liquid, vinegar and seasonings in a blender; blend until smooth.
    Stir in onion and parsley.
    Chill and serve.
    Season to taste with more chili powder and cumin if you like.
    Also good with salsa added.
