Potatoes O'Brien - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    green peppers
    pepper
    butter or oil for frying
    onions
    salt
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes well.
    Pierce with fork and cook with skins on in microwave until almost done.
    Slice onions and peppers into strips.
    Cut potatoes (skins on) into bite size pieces.
    Melt butter or oil in large skillet over medium heat.
    Add potatoes, onions and peppers.
    Season and stir.
    Cook, covered, for about 10 minutes.
    Uncover and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are cooked.
