Skillet Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. chicken broth
2 cans pinto with jalapeno, drained
1 Tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation

Sear pork chops in oil until brown.
Remove and place on plate.
Add onion and garlic to skillet; cook 5 minutes.
Stir in broth, barbecue sauce and beans.
Heat until boiling.
Return pork to skillet.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 50 to 60 minutes, stirring sauce and turning chops occasionally.
Can bake this in the oven at 275\u00b0 while at church.
