Italian Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. milk
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. chopped ham
    1/2 c. pepperoni or salami
    1/3 c. onion
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 10-inch pie pan in oven. Combine all ingredients except the cheese.
    Pour into pie pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Top with cheese.
    Continue baking until melted.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Cool for 5 minutes.
