Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 jalapeno peppers, chopped (optional)
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine eggs and milk.
    Add to cornmeal.
    Stir in corn, cheese, onion, peppers and oil.
    Bake in 9-inch greased baking pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Yields 9 servings.
