Microwave Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 medium potatoes, sliced
4 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
3 Tbsp. butter
paprika
1 onion (if desired)
Preparation

Arrange 1/2 of sliced potatoes in an 8-inch glass baking dish. Combine flour with salt.
Sprinkle half on potatoes.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Pour milk over potatoes.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle generously with paprika.
Bake in microwave for 20 minutes or until tender.
