Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 roll pork sausage
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pie shell
2/3 c. canned cream or milk
Preparation

Cook sausage and drain.
Combine sausage, onion, cheese and flour; mix well.
Spread in unbaked pie shell.
Beat together eggs, cream and flour.
Slowly pour over sausage mixture.
Bake on baking sheet for 35 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
