Angel Flake Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. warm water
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. Crisco
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Put yeast into 1/4 cup warm water; mix.
    Add Crisco and sugar. Alternate flour and milk.
    Mix well and knead flour into mixture. Roll out and cut with a biscuit cutter; set aside and let rise 1/2 hour, until double in bulk.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
