Skillet Fried Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    3 c. fresh cut corn
    1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook the bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
    Add the vegetables to the drippings; cook.
    Cook over low heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until tender.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle bacon over the top.
    Yields 6 servings.
