Oyster Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. small fresh oysters
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. milk
    2 c. light cream
    salt
    pepper
    celery salt
Preparation
    Drain oysters reserving liquid.
    In medium saucepan, combine oysters, 2 tablespoons liquid from oysters, butter and Worcestershire.
    Cook over low heat until edges of oysters begin to curl; remove from heat.
    Meanwhile, heat remaining liquid from oysters to boiling.
    In separate saucepan, heat milk and cream until bubbles form around edge of pan, then combine oysters, oyster liquid and milk mixture.
    Season with salt, pepper and celery salt.
    Makes about 6 servings.
