Beans And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions
    2 bell peppers
    1 stick butter
    2 cans kidney beans
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 lb. smoked sausage, chopped
Preparation
    Chop onions and bell peppers.
    Cook slowly in butter until onions look clear.
    Add water and steam about 10 minutes.
    Add all other ingredients and cook slowly on medium heat for 45 minutes. You can serve this over rice for a main course.
