Sausage Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Place mixture in mold.
    Bake ring at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Drain the fat after 15 minutes of cooking. Invert ring on platter and fill center with 8 scrambled eggs. Serves 6.
