Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. green hot pepper
    1 bell pepper
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    1 bottle Certo
    1 tsp. food coloring (any color)
Preparation
    Chop peppers and put in blender with vinegar.
    Add sugar and mix well.
    Bring mixture to rolling boil; strain.
    Return to stove and again bring to rolling boil.
    Remove from heat and add Certo and food coloring.
    Pour into 6 (1/2 pint) jars and seal.
    Good spooned over a block of cream cheese with Ritz crackers.
