Beatrice Cagle'S Frozen Cucumber Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. thin sliced cucumbers
thin sliced onion (as much as you like)
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Stir first three ingredients together.
Chill for 2 hours. Drain.
Add sugar and vinegar.
Stir and mix together thoroughly. Put in freezer containers.
Freeze.
(No need to keep frozen while in use, but keep refrigerated.)
