Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crumbled stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender; drain.
    Saute the onion in the margarine.
    Combine all but the stuffing mix.
    Place in a casserole dish.
    Sprinkle stuffing mix over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
