Pecan Crescents - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine or butter
3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour, sifted
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Cream margarine.
Add sugar and vanilla; blend well.
Add flour, mixing thoroughly.
Mix in pecans.
Shape into crescents and place on baking sheet.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes. Carefully roll in confectioners sugar while warm.
