Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
grated rind of 2 lemons
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. melted margarine
4 large eggs, at room temperature
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients; add lemon juice and rind, milk and melted margarine.\tAdd
eggs
one at a time.
Beat well.
Pour into pie shell and
bake
at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Serves 6 to 7.
