Crabmeat Canapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fresh lump crabmeat
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco to taste
freshly ground pepper to taste
toast rounds
Preparation

Combine the crabmeat with the mayonnaise, herbs and seasonings.
Spread on rounds of toast and serve immediately. Serves 16.
