Pink Party Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (2 c.)
juice plus enough liquid to make 2 c. liquid
1 pkg. strawberry jello
1 envelope Knox gelatine
2 c. small marshmallows
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 pt. cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Heat liquid and dissolve jello and gelatine.
Add marshmallows and stir over medium heat until melted.
Cool, then add remaining ingredients, folding in Cool Whip last.
Pour into mold and refrigerate.
