No Bake Chocolate Cake Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. milk
3 1/2 c. (8 oz. container) nondairy whipped topping
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate wafers
Preparation

In small bowl, combine pudding mix and 2 tablespoons cocoa. Add milk.
Beat on low until thick.
Fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
Spread 1 tablespoon mixture onto each wafer.
On foil stack wafers on edges to form one long roll. Wrap tightly and chill 5 to 8 hours. Sift remaining cocoa over 2 1/2 cups whipped topping.
Blend. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Unwrap roll.
Place on tray.
Spread topping mixture over entire roll. To serve, cut diagonally in slices. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
