Country Style Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cubed steak
    flour for dredging
    oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    cornstarch
    Kitchen Bouquet
    4 qt. pressure cooker
Preparation
    In an
    open
    pressure
    cooker,
    heat
    1/2 cup of oil and quickly brown
    dredged
    pieces of steak on both sides until all pieces
    are browned; remove from pan.
    Drain remaining oil from pan and replace pieces of steak.
    Add enough water to cover and 2 bouillon
    cubes.
    Cover and bring to pressure.
    Pressure for 10 to 15
    minutes.
    Cool
    pot
    and open.
    Place pieces in dish leaving \"gravy\"
    in
    the
    pot.
    Return
    pot to heat and thicken gravy with 1/4 to 1/3 cup of cornstarch and water.
    Add a small amount of Kitchen Bouquet to make a dark rich gravy.
