Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 c .sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg white until frothy.
    Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt and add to egg white.
    Pour over pecans; stir until coated.
    Pour onto buttered cookie sheet.
    Toast in 250\u00b0 oven 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Store in airtight container.
