P-Nut Butter Pie(10-Inch Cream) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    3 c. milk
    1 c. peanut butter
    2 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    few drops water
    few drops egg shade (yellow coloring)
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    precooked pie shell
Preparation
    Heat sugar, salt and milk to just under boiling point (just warm).
    While heating milk, mix egg yolks, cornstarch and enough water to make a very thin paste.
    Add to heated milk.
    Let cook until thickened, about 1 minute.
    Add butter and vanilla. Pour into precooked shell and refrigerate.
    Can also be used as a pudding without pie shell.
    If using a shell, graham cracker is great.
