Ingredients

1 small pkg. crushed Oreo cookies
1/2 c. melted margarine
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Put 3/4 cookie crumbs in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Drizzle margarine.
Mix pudding, milk, cream cheese and Cool Whip.
Pour over crust.
Put rest of crumbs over the top.
Chill.
Can decorate top with gummy worms!
