Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. fresh mushrooms
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms.
    Rinse and pat dry.
    Remove stems, chop and set aside.
    Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain off drippings.
    Add chopped stems, garlic and parsley and saute 3 minutes.
    Stir in cheese and mix well.
    Spoon mixture into mushroom caps and place in baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
