Chicken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken parts, skinned
    1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 tsp. (heaping) parsley flakes
    1 c. peas
    1/4 c. water
    2 qt. water
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 c. whole baby carrots
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Bring first 7 ingredients to boil and simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours over low heat.
    Remove chicken; debone and cut into cubes.
    Cook vegetables in broth, adding enough water to make 2 quarts, until tender.
    Mix cornstarch and 1/4 cup water, adding to broth.
    Add chicken and bring to boil while stirring.
    Serves 8.
