Pumpkin Chip Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. applesauce
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 c. (12 oz.) mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin, oil and applesauce until smooth.
    Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Add to pumpkin mixture and mix well.
    Fold in chocolate chips.
    Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 16 to 20 minutes or until muffins test done.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
