Cottage Cheese And Fruit Or Vegetable Plate(For Calorie Minded Eaters) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can lite pears, peaches or fruit cocktail, chilled
    1 c. cottage cheese
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Place
    lettuce
    on dinner plate.
    Put cottage cheese on lettuce.
    Place
    selected
    fruit
    around
    cottage
    cheese in a decorative fashion.
    Top cheese with French or Thousand Island dressing.
    Two ripe tomatoes may be substituted for the fruit. Slice
    the
    tomatoes and place around the cheese.
    Serves 4 to 6.
