Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt water
    2 to 3 slices bread
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    1/2 c. milk
    small onion, grated
    1 Tbsp. green pepper
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cook summer squash (yellow) in salt water until tender. Meanwhile, beat eggs and milk together and break up 2 to 3 plain pieces of bread.
    Grate onion and green pepper (or pimento). Shred cheese.
    Pour water off squash and add bread, eggs, milk, pepper and onion.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add Accent and 1/4 cup shredded cheese.
    Put remaining 1/4 cup on top of souffle. Put in greased baking pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
