Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes
1 egg
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 lb. bacon
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk or cream or sour cream
Preparation

Cook and cool potatoes.
Cut up as for potato salad.
Cut bacon into small pieces and fry until crisp.
Mix egg, flour, vinegar and milk together after bacon is fried.
Mix all together in pan and cook until it thickens.
Pour over potatoes and onions. Warm to serve.
Makes about 6 servings.
