Danish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, cut up
1/2 tsp. dried pepper
1 tsp. celery salt
1 c. crushed poultry stuffing
1 Tbsp. wheat germ
1 large or 2 medium egg(s)
1 slice white bread, crumbled
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well; roll in small balls and 1 tablespoon bacon drippings in cooking oil.
While they are browning, make sauce.
