Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks real butter, softened (do not substitute)
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; mix with flour to form a light, coarse meal.
    Pat into pie pan and prick with a fork.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool in pan; cut into thin wedges.
