White Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. white chocolate (6 oz.)
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. margarine
3 eggs
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Melt chocolate with hot water; set aside.
Combine all other ingredients in large bowl (except nuts and coconut) and beat 1 minute at medium speed.
Blend in white chocolate and beat 1 more minute.
Fold in nuts and coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in greased and paper lined pans.
