Fruity Snow Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin (1 envelope)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (No. 2 1/2) can fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Soften gelatin in lemon juice.
Dissolve over low heat until clear.
Blend mayonnaise into softened cream cheese.
Add to gelatin mix.
Stir in gelatin with fruit cocktail.
Add sugar gradually to cream.
Fold in fruit mixture.
Chill.
Serves 8 to 10.
