Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. milk
    3 to 5 Tbsp. oil
    2 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Sift dry ingredients together. Mix milk, oil and egg yolks together.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Stir until blended.
    Fold into egg whites.
    Cook on hot waffle iron. Makes 12 squares.
