Chili Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1/4 c. melted butter
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. butter
8 3/4 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation

Prepare muffin mix according to package directions; stir in melted butter, corn, chilies and 1/4 cup grated cheese.
Use remaining butter to grease 9-inch pie pan; pour in batter. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup cheese over batter.
Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle of bread comes out clean.
Serve hot.
