Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 can cream-style corn
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cold butter or margarine, cut in small pieces
1/2 c. crushed saltines (about 12)
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation

Beat the eggs until frothy.
Stir in the remaining ingredients until well blended.
Turn into greased 1-quart casserole.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes 4 servings.
